Place Green and Red Romaine Lettuce in a sealable plastic bag and store in refrigerator crisper.
Romaine Hearts can stay in their plastic bags and go right into the crisper section.
Romaine will keep for five to seven days.
How to Prepare
Rinse Green and Red Romaine under cold water in colander. Using a
salad spinner or patting leaves dry is recommended to remove
excess moisture. Slice, chop or tear leaves into preferred size.
