Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked Artichoke Hearts, diced (See Video: How to Cook Artichokes for a variety of cooking methods)
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 lemon, zest and juice
1/4 teaspoon chopped peeled garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
Directions
Simply fold all of the ingredients together and serve.
Feel free to zing it up with extra horseradish or Tabasco.
