Ingredients
2 cans of your favorite low-fat vegetarian chili with beans (1 lb 3 ounce can)
4 Large Ocean Mist Artichokes, cooked (See How to Cook Artichokes for a variety of cooking methods)
1 cup of non-fat or low-fat shredded cheese

Over medium-high heat, warm chili beans in medium-size sauce pan.
Divide chili between four bowls and top each bowl with 1/4 cup of cheese.
Serve with whole, steamed Artichoke and use leaves for dipping into hot chili.
