Ingredients
The leaves from 2 cooked Ocean Mist Artichokes (See "How to Prepare & Cook")
1 cup refried beans (warmed)
1 cup grated low fat cheese
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 cup Green Onions (chopped)
1/2 cup of fresh salsa
1/2 cup chopped fresh Cilantro
2 cup low fat sour cream
Directions
Place cooked cooled Artichoke leaves in a single layer on a large platter.
Place 1/2 teaspoon of warm refired beans on each leaf. Top with grated cheese,
Tomatoes, Green Onions, salsa, sour cream and Cilantro. Serve as a popular appetizer
or satisfying main course.
