Cauliflower Romagna Style

Ingredients

1 head of Cauliflower (cooked in microwave for 15 minutes or until tender)
2 ounces butter
3 cloves of garlic minced
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup prepared marinara sauce
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
cooking spray


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Separate cooked Cauliflower head into florets and place florets in a single layer in prepared oven proof casserole dish (sprayed with cooking spray). Dot Cauliflower with butter and evenly sprinkle minced garlic, salt and pepper on Cauliflower. Evenly pour marinara over Cauliflower and sprinkle with cheese and parsley.

Bake in oven (uncovered) for 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is beginning to turn golden on Cauliflower.
