4 cooked Ocean Mist Artichoke hearts, stems and bottoms, cut into large bite size pieces

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
2 Fennel bulbs (precooked and cut into quarters)
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh tyme
the juice from one Lime
1 teaspoon of garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
Heat out-door grill (350 degrees)
Spray inside of a Mesh Grill-Top Chef's Pan with cooking spray.
Place all the ingredients in the mesh basket and place on top of preheated grill.
Cook over grill for about 18 minutes (turning chicken and vegetables often with large cooking spoon). Food will smoke when cooking but that adds to the wonderful flavor!
Plate and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
