Ingredients
2 cups cooked whole Brussels Sprouts
2 Fennel Bulbs cooked and cut into quarters
2 apples, cored and cut into large chunks
6 large sage leaves (chopped)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup of pecan halves
salt & pepper to taste
cooking spray
Directions
Heat out-door grill (350 degrees).
Spray inside of a Mesh Grill-Top Chef's Pan with cooking spray.
Place Brussels Sprouts, Fennel, apples, sage, cinnamon, pecans, salt and pepper in Mesh Grill-top chef's Pan. Place over heated out-door grill and cook over grill for about 20 minutes (turning often). Apples will become crisp/tender and pecans will toast to a dark brown when done. This is a wonderful side dish to serve with a holiday meal.
