Baked Artichoke Leaf, Garbonzo & Green Olive Sala

Ingredients

2 cups of the very tender inside leaves chopped from the Ocean Mist Farm's, Easy Baked Artichokes Recipe
1 cup canned garbanzo beans (drained)
2 cups diced Celery
1 cup sliced green olives (may use stuffed olives, such as; onion, garlic or blue cheese stuffed)
1/2 cup bottled dijon style salad dressing


Directions

Place all ingredients in a large, chilled salad bowl and toss.

Store in covered air tight container in the refrigerator. This salad will keep for days.

The salad is also delicious served on a bed of chopped, Hearts of Romaine leaves.
