Cold Artichoke Dip - A Real Crowd Pleaser

Serves: 8

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked Ocean Mist Large Artichokes, chopped
(See Video: How to Cook Artichokes for a variety of cooking methods)
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
garlic powder to taste


Directions

Combine equal amounts parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Add garlic powder.

Add diced Artichokes and combine with cheese mixture. Artichoke Dip may be served cold or heated 10 to 20 minutes in 350 degree oven or until cheese is melted (do not heat in microwave).

Serve with pita chips, baguette bread slices or fresh vegetables.

Love this. Make it for all my parties. Only thing different is I put it in a blender and use real garlic (2 cloves for garlic lovers, one for most).

I have been making this recipe for years. My aunt, who was born in 1905, used to make this for all of her parties. Now I make it for parties or just to have on hand for a football game or golf tournament on TV. We love it!
