Artichokes Hearts finely mixed into an omelete

Artichoke a la Omelete

Ingredients

8 Baby Artichokes

4 eggs
1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoon romano cheese
2 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon italian spices


Directions

Start by finely chopping the Artichoke Hearts in a small bowl. Add finely chopped garlic, bread crumbs, romano cheese, and Italian spices. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat eggs until creamy. Mix in milk.

Add egg mixture to Artichokes and mix until blended. Fry in lightly seasoned pan until fluffy and lightly browned. Best served warm.
