Artichoke Heart Casserole

Serves: 3-4
Ingredients
2 box's of frozen Artichokes Hearts or fresh Artichokes Hearts, cooked (See Video: How to Cook Artichokes for a variety of cooking methods) 1 1/2 cup of flavored bread crumbs
5-6 cloves of fresh garlic diced
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup grated pecorino cheese
Directions
Place Artichokes in a casserole dish, sauté some of the garlic with all the bread crumbs in a sauté pan and use about 1/4 cup olive oil and the lemon juice just until heated. Take off stove and add the grated cheese and sprinkle on top of Artichokes in dish, then sprinkle the remaining garlic and drizzle the rest of the olive oil over the crumbs. Place in 350 degree oven for about 30-40 minutes until golden and spoon out.
