Hot Artichoke Dip

Serves: 16
Ingredients
2 cooked Ocean Mist Jumbo Artichokes hearts and stems, chopped (See Video: How to Cook Artichokes for a variety of cooking methods)
1/2 cup romano cheese
1/3 cup chopped red Onion
1-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3-5 tablespoons sour cream
16 1/3-inch thick French bread baguette rounds
Directions
Preparation:
Place first 3 ingredients in bowl. Mix in enough mayonnaise and sour cream to form thick spread (thickness and taste to your preference).
Preheat broiler. Top each bread round with bruschetta. Arrange baguette rounds onto baking sheet. Broil until spread is heated through and begins to brown (about 2 minutes).

Haven't made this because the instructions are unclear. Do you cook the artichokes first? Do you chop the spines off the leaves? Are you using ALL the leaves, and not just the tender leaves? Are you using the stems? Etc. Etc.
