Walt's Grilled Artichokes

Source: Ocean Mist Farms

Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 Ocean Mist Large Artichokes, cooked
(See Video: How to Cook Artichokes for a variety of cooking methods)

Sauce:
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Garlic Butter:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
2 garlic cloves, pressed or minced


Directions

Cut Artichokes in half and remove any purple leaves and fuss from the center.

Mix sauce ingredients until smooth and set in refrigerator until ready to use. Baste Artichokes with garlic butter and grill until Artichokes are hot and golden-brown on outside. Drizzle sauce over Artichokes and serve.
