Ingredients 4 Ocean Mist Jumbo Artichokes, cooked (See "How to Prepare & Cook")
4 tablespoons mesquite barbecue seasoning or taco seasoning (dry), low sodium 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
3 seconds buttered flavor cooking spray, non-fat
|
| |
Directions Once campfire or backyard grill is very hot, gently spread the petals of the cooked artichokes and generously spray Artichoke with non-fat cooking spray. Make sure spray gets between petal.
Generously dust each Artichoke with 1 tablespoon of mesquite seasoning followed by garlic salt.
Place cooked Artichokes directly on grill. Turn frequently until outside petals are evenly charred (about 20 minutes).
No need for any dipping sauces with these Artichokes since they have a wonderful smoky flavor.
