Refreshing pesto-lemon sauce or veggie dip made with artichoke hearts!

Ingredients
15 oz. Ocean Mist Farms artichoke hearts
¼ cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
Salt and pepper, to taste
How To Cook Artichokes
Directions
Place all ingredients in food processor and chop until creamy. May need to add extra olive oil for increased creaminess.
