Artichokes with Cheese Fondue

A great party idea!

Ingredients:

8 steamed whole Ocean Mist Artichokes

1-½ cups dry white wine
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. flour
½ cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat wine in saucepan over medium heat. Slowly add cheddar cheese, nutmeg garlic, pepper, flour and blue cheese. Whisk over medium heat until smooth.
  2. Pour into fondue pot and serve with 8 whole steamed Artichokes for dipping.
