Baked Artichoke Leaf, Garbanzo & Green Olive Salad

A wonderful salad to make ahead of time for picnics or potlucks!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups of the very tender inside leaves chopped from the Ocean Mist Farm’s, Easy Baked Artichokes Recipe

1 cup canned garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

2 cups Celery, diced

1 cup sliced green stuffed olives

½ cup bottled dijon style salad dressing

Directions:

Easy Baked Artichokes
  1. Place all ingredients in a large, chilled salad bowl and toss.Store in covered air tight container in the refrigerator. This salad will keep for days. The salad is also delicious served on a bed of chopped, Hearts of Romaine leaves.
