2 Easy Baked Artichokes
1 recipe of Artichoke Hummus (See Artichoke Hummus Recipe) or your favorite prepared hummus
1 lemon, sliced for garnish
Directions:Easy Baked Artichokes
- Cool “Easy Baked Artichokes” and place overnight in the refrigerator to chill.
- Separate sturdy leaves from the very tender ones as well as the Artichoke hearts and bottoms.
- Save tender leaves, hearts and bottoms to toss into your favorite salads, stews or sauces.
- Scatter the sturdy baked leaves on four salad plates and with pastry bag, pipe the artichoke hummus onto each leaf. Garnish plate with lemon and parsley. Cover each plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
