Chermoula Mayonnaise

Recipe Information

Ingredients:

3 cups mayonnaise

1 cup lemon juice

1-½ cup chopped Italian parsley

1 ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

½ ounce peeled garlic

2 Tbsp. paprika

2 Tbsp. toasted and ground whole cumin seeds

1-½ tsp. cayenne

1 Tbsp. sea salt

¾ tsp. fresh cracked black pepper

1 Tbsp. dulce Spanish paprika

Directions:

  1. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and fold in mayonnaise. Add lemon last to taste and add consistency.

3-day shelf life. This sauce is best used fresh.
