Chili & Chokes

A healthy meal that kids will just love!!

2 cans (1 lb 3 oz. can) low-fat vegetarian chili
4 Large Ocean Mist Artichokes, cooked

1 cup non-fat or low-fat shredded cheese


  1. Over medium-high heat, warm chili beans in medium-size sauce pan.
  2. Divide chili between four bowls and top each bowl with ¼ cup of cheese. Serve with whole, steamed Artichoke and use leaves for dipping into hot chili.
