Chimichurri Yogurt

The perfect veggie dip that brings any steakhouse-quality appetizer into your own home. Both flavorful and healthy!

Ingredients:

1 bunch  Cilantro, picked and washed

1 bunch Italian Parsley, picked and washed

4 ea. garlic, chopped

1 Tbsp. capers, chopped

2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

¼  cup olive oil

2 cups Greek yogurt

Directions:

To a food processor, add cilantro, parsley, garlic, capers, vinegar and oil.

Fold processed ingredients into yogurt and serve
