Slow-Cooker Corned Beef & Baby Artichokes

Use baby artichokes instead of cabbage for a delicious twist to this seasonal favorite.

18 Ocean Mist Baby Artichokes, rinsed and trimmed

1 (3-½ lb.) corned beef brisket
Water to cover brisket and Artichokes


  1. Place all ingredients in a 6 quart crock pot. Set crock pot on low setting and cook for 8 hours until brisket is fork tender. Remove crock pot broth to cook small Potatoes and or Carrots on top of stove if desired. Slice Corned Beef and serve on large platter with Baby Artichokes and boiled Potatoes and Carrots (optional).
