Fall Harvest Grill Basket
The Mesh Grill-Top Chef's Pan smokes the veggies and apples for a perfect fall dish! This is a wonderful side dish to serve with a holiday meal.
2 cups cooked whole Brussels Sprouts
2 Fennel Bulbs, cooked and cut into quarters
2 apples, cored and cut into large chunks
6 large sage leaves, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup pecan halves
Salt & pepper to taste
- Heat out-door grill to 350°F. Spray inside of a Mesh Grill-Top Chef’s Pan with cooking spray.
- Place Brussels Sprouts, Fennel, apples, sage, cinnamon, pecans, salt and pepper in Mesh Grill-top chef’s Pan. Place over heated out-door grill and cook over grill for about 20 minutes (turning often). Apples will become crisp/tender and pecans will toast to a dark brown when done.
