Fava Bean Bruschetta
A Tuscany Favorite!
1 cup cooked, peeled Fava Beans, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. rosemary, chopped
2 tsp. thyme leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
8 slices toasted Italian bread
- In a medium bowl combine Fava Beans, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, Lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture on toasted slices of good Italian bread and serve. Mixture may also be stored in airtight container in refrigerator overnight.

The ingredients list does not call for tomatoes, onions or parsley but the instructions say to add those items -- yet makes no mention of the listed ingredients of thyme, rosemary, etc.
This recipe needs to be rechecked by the folks running this website and corrected please because i'd love to make it if correctly provided!
