Ingredients
1 bunch radishes, washed and thinly sliced
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 carrot, grated
3 handfuls shredded

2 tbsp. chopped

¼ cup coconut aminos
2 tbsp. honey
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tbsp. sesame oil
Directions
Combine coconut aminos, honey, ground ginger, garlic powder and sesame oil in a small bowl and whisk to combine for the dressing.
Toss radishes, cucumber, carrot, kale mix and cilantro with the dressing.
