Grilled Artichokes with Lemon or Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients:

3-4 large Artichokes
Olive Oil
Lemons
Salt & Pepper

Directions:

  1. Rinse and trim Artichokes. Place in large stockpot and cook until a knife easily pierces the heart. Remove and let cool to the touch.
  2. Cut each Artichoke in half lengthwise, scoop out the choke and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Grill face down on a medium high grill 5-7 minutes.
  3. Place on a  platter and drizzle with Lemon Juice or Balsamic Reduction.
