2 cans (14 oz. ea.) each diced tomatoes with green chili's, undrained
1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
½ tsp. ground allspice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, optional garnish
Ocean Mist Farms green onions, chopped for garnish
Directions
Brown ground meat in large skillet, stirring to break up meat; drain fat.
Place cooked meat and all the other ingredients, except cheese and green onions, in a 4½ quart slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours or on high 2 to 3 hours.
Top each serving with cheese and green onions, if desired.
