Ingredients:

1 cup Kalettes™, rinsed and chopped

1/2 cup grape tomatoes, sliced

2 eggs, scrambled

Optional: 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:

  1. Sauté chopped Kalettes™ and sliced grape tomatoes on medium heat. Add eggs. Let cook to preferred doneness. Lastly, add shredded cheese and serve.
  2. FOR QUICHE: Same mixture using your favorite quiche recipe
