Ingredients:

1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 orange bell pepper, sliced
5 oz. Season & Steam Kalettes™, sliced lengthwise

1/3 cup walnut pieces, toasted

Directions:

  1. In skillet over medium, heat olive oil; add mushrooms and bell peppers. Sauté for 3-5 minutes or until vegetables start to soften. Add the Kalettes; stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes or until Kalettes are tender crisp. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with walnuts.
