Ingredients:

4 cups Kalettes™, rinsed and chopped

Olive Oil

Sea Salt

Optional: slivered almonds and dried cranberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 400°F. Grease, Spray Olive oil cooking spray in a dutch oven dish or scattered on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Place chopped Kalettes into roasting dish.
  2. Drizzle Olive oil, sparingly over Kalettes-just enough to lightly coat them Sprinkle sea salt sparingly over Kalettes. Mix well
  3. Place mixture in oven and roast for 30 minutes. Kalettes will be ready to serve directly out of oven. For added flavor: add slivered almonds and dried cranberries.
