Recipe Information

Ingredients:

4 cups: rinsed, chopped Lacinato Kale
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Optional: slivered almonds or pine nuts and dried cranberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 400°F.  Spray Olive oil cooking spray on a dutch oven like roasting dish
  2. Place chopped Lacinato Kale into roasting dish. Drizzle Olive oil, sparingly over Lacinato Kale-just enough to lightly coat.
  3. Sprinkle sea salt sparingly over Lacinato Kale. Mix well. Cover roasting pan- place mixture in oven and roast for 30 minutes.
  4. Lacinato Kale will be ready to serve directly out of oven. For added flavor: add slivered almonds or pine nuts and dried cranberries.
