This Italian Sausage and Spinach slow cooker soup is a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients
Sausage Meatballs:
1 lb. mild Italian sausage, casing removed
½ cup dried bread crumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup milk
1 egg
½ tsp. dried Italian seasoning
½ tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. Ocean Mist Farms parsley, chopped
Soup:
4 cups hot chicken broth
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. minced garlic
6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 Ocean Mist Farms fennel bulb, cored and diced
¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
½ head Ocean Mist Farms cauliflower, diced
10 oz. Ocean Mist Farms baby spinach leaves
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine all the meatball ingredients in medium size bowl. Form into marble-size meatballs.
Combine all the other ingredients (except spinach and grated cheese) in a 4½ quart slow cooker. Add meatballs. Cover slow cooker and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours.
10 minutes before serving soup, stir in spinach leaves and ladle into bowls. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
