Spinach & Feta Phyllo Wraps

1 lb. cooked baby Spinach, drained
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. feta cheese
12 Phyllo sheets, cut in half to make 24 sheets
Butter cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place Spinach, garlic cloves and feta cheese in food processor; pulse until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Working with one phyllo sheet at a time (keep others covered with wax paper), spray each sheet with butter flavored cooking spray. Place one heaping teaspoon of Spinach filling in corner of sheet and begin rolling up (burrito style).
  3. Spray each roll with more cooking spray and place on ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until phyllo is golden brown on edges. Serve while hot and crispy. Makes 24 small wraps.
