Spinach-Stuffed Deviled Eggs
An easy yet delicious appetizer!

4 eggs, hard-boiled
2 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. cooked Spinach, well-drained
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of freshly grated nutmeg
Salt and pepper, to taste
Dash of cream
- Cut the eggs lengthwise. Scoop out the yolk and put into a food processor with the cream cheese, Spinach, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Mix thoroughly and if needed, add a dash of whole milk or cream to make a creamy consistency. Fill egg whites with spinach filling and arrange on serving platter. Refrigerate any left over eggs
