Ingredients:

6 cooked Artichoke Hearts and Stem, quartered

2 Tbsp. chopped Chinese parsley (cilantro)
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1-½ tsp. Wasabi powder
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ cup smooth ricotta cheese (low fat)
1-½ tsp. garlic salt

Directions:

  1. In medium mixing bowl, mash Artichoke Hearts and stems. Add next six ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Spoon into small serving bowl and serve with cooked and cooled Artichoke leaves. Refrigerate any left overs.
