Ocean Mist Farms Breakfast Salad
Salad for breakfast? Yes, absolutely. Our new Breakfast Salad recipe, created by blog contributor Chef Adrienne, is the perfect fresh veggie side salad to compliment a breakfast egg dish. Plus, it's good for the body and an excellent start to the day! Check out the recipe below.
1 10 ounce bag of OMF's Spinach
1/2 OMF's Fennel Bulb (thinly sliced)
1 12 ounce bag of Season & Steam Brussels Sprouts Shreds
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup of cooked crumbled bacon
1/2 cup of bottled raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing mixed with 1/2 cup orange juice.
1/2 cup of fresh mint (chopped)
1/2 cup of fresh basil (chopped)
- In a large salad bowl, add all the ingredients (except the bacon) and toss with raspberry/orange dressing.
- Garnish with crumbled bacon and serve with your favorite breakfast egg dish.
