Did Someone Say Turkey?

Nothing brings on the Thanksgiving spirit better than our favorite turkey recipes. From ground turkey and turkey sausage to leftover turkey, there are endless ways you can incorporate this healthy protein into chilis, soups, and more.  Check out these favorite dishes that make this traditional meat a little more fun this holiday season! Healthy, Hearty Cauliflower Slow-Cooker Chili

Let me just say, this chili is going down in the books. Not only is it healthy and hearty, but the notes of fennel and fresh green onions really tie it all together. You can easily make this a vegan chili by using vegan cheddar and swapping out the ground turkey for tofu or tempeh. The cauliflower adds an element that I love, giving you a creamy bite without the added calories. Always a plus in my book!

One-Pot Turkey Spinach Artichoke Hash

This one-pot turkey hash is a fan favorite and is just so simple to make. You can use ground turkey or leftover turkey if you have it. This hash is creamy, but dairy-free and has bold hints of lemon and coconut milk and a cheesy flavor from the nutritional yeast. If you haven't made this before, I highly suggest trying it out!

Guilt-Free Creamy Potato Soup

Guilt-free Creamy Potato Soup? Say no more! This is one of my favorite holiday and cold-weather soups to make. I love incorporating cauliflower in with the potatoes for a low-calorie, savory bowl of goodness. Not only are the fresh chives and garlic a star of this dish, but the crispy turkey bacon crumbled on top takes this dish from good to great! 💚

Grilled Brussels Sprouts & Smoked Turkey Sausage Appetizer Kabobs

This may not be the first thing that pops into your mind when you think of Turkey around Thanksgiving, but let me just tell you, this Kabob will be a crowd favorite. Not only are they easy to make and eat, but paired with a honey mustard dipping sauce, they are as good as gold. Using the Turkey Kielbasa sausage, you get this smoky flavor that pairs beautifully with the grilled brussels sprouts!
