Pomegranate Brussels Sprouts Salad with Paleo Poppyseed Dressing


Today, I've got a game changer in the Brussels sprouts department.  I mean, full on, game changer with both flavor AND with time-savings.  I promised you'll be hooked with just one bite.


I'm talking about this pomegranate Brussels sprouts salad that has it all – perfectly cooked sprouts, a juicy pop of pomegranate flavor, and an irresistibly creamy, sweet-and-tangy paleo poppyseed dressing. 

Let me start with how easy the Brussels sprouts are to prepare with Ocean Mist Farms' fresh Season & Steam product line.  The Brussels come already halved and steam right in the bag in just four minutes!


While those are steaming in the microwave, the dressing comes together very quickly in a food processor or blender with just a few simple paleo and vegan ingredients.
