So-Long Summer Brunches

There’s no denying brunch has become one of my favorite weekend meals because who doesn't want to knock out two meals at once! In these last days of summer, as we ease into the virtual school schedule and get ready to welcome fall, plan to whip up these brunch-time favorites this weekend and next (hello Labor Day weekend!).

Saying goodbye to summer is always bittersweet, but trust me this rotation of fall brunch recipes will make it much easier!! And the best part- these recipes will NEVER get old so plan to enjoy them all season long! 😍

Field to Table Skillet Breakfast

Make your brunch a breeze with quick prep and very minimal clean-up with this one-skillet wonder that will feed a crowd. With the cooler weather, you’ll want to cozy up next to this clean-eating breakfast skillet loaded with flavorful vegetables. The delicious combination of artichokes and fennel baked into fluffy eggs is a sneaky way to get those daily veggies in while also leaving your family extremely impressed!

Fall Fennel, Apple & Cheddar Cheese Panini

Is there anything more satisfying than a cheesy panini? You’ll want to keep this sweet and savory sandwich in your fall brunch time rotation when you taste the beautiful combination of crunchy apple and fennel, complemented by melted cheddar cheese. Next to a hot cup of soup or a fresh side salad, trust me when I say you will fall for this fall panini! 😉

Artichoke & Spinach Crepes

Step aside PB&J... spinach and artichokes are the new irresistible duo in town! Turn your classic spinach and artichoke dip up a notch with these savory crepes that are the perfect addition to your fall brunch menu. The beautiful combination of creamy artichoke and spinach goodness folded into light, airy crepes is guaranteed to please the family and leave you satisfied until dinner.

Hard to believe the unofficial end of Summer is around the corner huh? Do you have Labor Day plans next weekend? We certainly hope one or more of these recipes is on the menu! 😎

Growing up on California's central coast, I enjoyed delicious artichokes around the family dinner table and always on Christmas Eve! It is beyond perfection that I now market artichokes for a living and get to share the Ocean Mist Farms story and my love of all things fresh.
