Thanksgiving Dishes That Don't Compete for Oven Space

Thanksgiving has always been such a special tradition in our family. We love any gathering centered around food, so it's no surprise that we love to dedicate a full day to all our family favorites, artichokes, brussels sprouts, stuffing with artichokes 😉. This year is certainly different, so instead of a large in person gathering, it will be small, but no less delicious!

Even so, there's still a marathon of cooking to be done to get ready!  I plan ahead though, getting as much prepped the weekend before to ease the strain on day-of and the highly coveted oven space. Between the turkey and from-scratch stuffing, there’s only so much oven space for all those delicious side dishes! When your oven is on overload this holiday season, reach for some of our no-bake favorites that utilize the stove top and our time-saving microwavable Season & Steam packaging!

Growing up on California's central coast, I enjoyed delicious artichokes around the family dinner table and always on Christmas Eve! It is beyond perfection that I now market artichokes for a living and get to share the Ocean Mist Farms story and my love of all things fresh.
