Why We Love Air Fryer Veggies: Cauliflower and Broccoli

In part 3 of our air fryer series, we're talking cauliflower and broccoli! Two more veggies that cook to perfection in the air fryer. In no time, you'll have crispy, crunchy florets with all the flavor of roasting. Enjoy  as a side dish or as a snack. Read on for some of the best methods I have found! 


Method: Air-Fryer Cauliflower and Broccoli Basics

We recommend Chew Out Loud's method for air-frying broccoli, which also works well for cauliflower. After washing your cauliflower and broccoli, dry thoroughly and floret your veggies into same-size pieces to ensure an even fry. The smaller the pieces, the crispier they will be. To prevent burning, make sure you add the recommended 1 tbsp of water to the bottom of the air fryer.
