We recommend Chew Out Loud's method for air-frying broccoli, which also works well for cauliflower. After washing your cauliflower and broccoli, dry thoroughly and floret your veggies into same-size pieces to ensure an even fry. The smaller the pieces, the crispier they will be. To prevent burning, make sure you add the recommended 1 tbsp of water to the bottom of the air fryer.
