TEMPORARY FOOD SAFETY SUPPORT - OCEAN MIST FARMS, CASTROVILLE, CA

The position reports to and supports the Food Safety Director. This position is responsible for saving customer requests, forwarding requests to sales, and completing customer questionnaires.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review customer requests and save in folders.
  • Send requested information to customers.
  • Search for records in company data base.
  • Complete customer questionnaires with support of Director.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or an Equivalent highly desired.
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus.
  • Computer literate is preferred.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating system, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new duties with minimal repetition.
  • Ability to carry out defined procedures and duties with specific instructions.
  • Bilingual, English-Spanish is a definite plus.
