4 Fully cooked Chicken/Apple Sausages (cut each link into 4 equal pieces to give you 16 pieces)
2 Bags of Ocean Mist Farm’s https://www.oceanmist.com/products/season-steamhttps://www.oceanmist.com/products/season-steam (you will need 16 Brussels Sprouts total)
¼ cup of Dijon Mustard
¼ cup raw honey
16 long wooden picks or skewers
Instructions for Skewers:
Sauté fully cooked sausage pieces on a very hot grilling pan or on an outdoor grill. Turn sausages with tongs to allow grilling marks to form evenly on sausages.
When sausages are heated through, remove from heat. Wrap cooked sausage in a piece of foil to keep warm.
Follow microwave directions on the bags of Ocean Mist Farm’s Season & Steam Whole Brussels Sprouts. After the Brussels Sprouts are cooked toss them into a hot grilling pan and brush Brussels Sprouts with a little of the honey mustard sauce. Sauté Brussels Sprouts for a few minutes to allow them to caramelize. Remove from heat and let the Brussels Sprouts cool enough to handle.
Take your wooden pick or skewer and thread a Brussels Sprout ball on the pick. Then add a sausage piece to the skewer. Stand up the skewers on a festive holiday platter and serve the honey mustard dipping sauce along side of the skewers.
Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce Instructions:
In a small bowl whisk the mustard and honey together.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
