Miso Orange Chicken Meatballs with Broccoli and Cauliflower Medley

Ingredients
1 bag of Season & Steam Broccoli & Cauliflower Medley
10 Small Precooked Chicken Meatballs
1 Tbsp of Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tsp Minced Garlic
¼ tsp of White Pepper
1 Tbsp of Shiro Miso Paste
1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp of Orange Juice
½ Tbsp of Mirin
Sesame Seeds to Garnish
Directions
Add the meatballs to the bag with the Broccoli & Cauliflower.
In a small bowl mix together sesame oil, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, garlic, and pepper.
Pour into the bag and seal the bag fully, turning over to fully coat the contents of the bag.
Steam in the microwave on high for 3 minutes and mindfully remove, allowing to sit for 1 minute before opening.
While cooking, in the same bowl, add miso paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, orange juice and mirin.
Strain the liquids from the bag and transfer contents to a serving bowl.
Add the sauce and mix to fully coat.
Transfer to serving dishes and garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
