Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Ocean Mist Farms Value-Added Floret Medley
  • 10 Small Precooked Chicken Meatballs
  • 1 Tbsp of Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • ¼ tsp of White Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp of Shiro Miso Paste
  • 1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp of Orange Juice
  • ½ Tbsp of Mirin
  • Sesame Seeds to Garnish

 

Directions

  • Add the meatballs to the bag with the Broccoli & Cauliflower.
  • In a small bowl mix together sesame oil, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, garlic, and pepper.
  • Pour into the bag and seal the bag fully, turning over to fully coat the contents of the bag.
  • Steam in the microwave on high for 3 minutes and mindfully remove, allowing to sit for 1 minute before opening.
  • While cooking, in the same bowl, add miso paste, soy sauce, oyster sauce, orange juice and mirin.
  • Strain the liquids from the bag and transfer contents to a serving bowl.
  • Add the sauce and mix to fully coat.
  • Transfer to serving dishes and garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
