Apple-Cranberry Brussels Sprouts Medley

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz.) Season & Steam® Supershred Superfood Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped apple, peeled
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Follow the microwave instructions on the back of the Season & Steam® SuperShred Superfood bag. Add cinnamon, apple, garlic salt and cranberries directly over sprouts. Tightly close ziplock.
  2. Place bag, steam valve side up, in the microwave (you may also stand sealed bag up if your microwave is large enough to fit standing bag). Cook on high for 5 minutes or until sprouts are tender. Let stand for 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag from microwave and serve.
