Apple-Cranberry Brussels Sprouts Medley
An easy holiday dish that will become a family tradition!
Fiber: 15g fiber
1 bag (12 oz.) Season & Steam® Supershred Superfood Brussels Sprouts
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup chopped apple, peeled
½ tsp. garlic salt
¼ cup dried cranberries
- Follow the microwave instructions on the back of the Season & Steam SuperShred Superfood bag. Add cinnamon, apple, garlic salt and cranberries directly over sprouts. Tightly close ziplock.
- Place bag, steam valve side up in the microwave (you may also stand sealed bag up if your microwave is large enough to fit standing bag). Cook on high for 5 minutes or until sprouts are tender. Let stand for 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag from microwave and serve.
