36 Ocean Mist Baby Artichokes, rinsed and trimmed

32 ounces of bottled red wine & olive oil vinaigrette


  1. Place all the ingredients in a 6 quart crock pot. Set crock pot at low and cook for 5 hours. Store marinated artichokes in pint size mason jars in the refrigerator. Use within 10 days.
