Roasted Garlic Balsamic Mayo
The perfect complement to any vegetable or steak.

1 cup Mayonnaise
1 garlic bulb, roasted
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Squeeze the roasted garlic into a medium bowl and smash with a spoon until fairly smooth
- Add mayonnaise, cheese and vinegar and whisk together
