Skillet-Braised Baby Artichokes

Cook baby artichokes this easy way and use them in a variety of ways from appetizers to pasta dishes!

Ingredients:

16 medium size Baby Artichokes, rinsed and trimmed

2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. garlic salt and/or dry garlic and herb seasoning

Directions:

With sharp knife cut Baby Artichoke into quarters. Set aside. Follow video directions for preparing baby artichokes.
