BRUSSELS SPROUTS
• Preheat oven to 425°F.
• Toss Brussels sprouts with contents of seasoning packet and 3 Tablespoons of your preferred oil. (Set aside garnish packet)
• Roast for 15-18 minutes*, until golden and tender.
• Sprinkle with crispy garnish and serve.
BROCCOLI FLORETS
• Preheat oven to 450°F.
• Toss Broccoli florets with contents of seasoning packet and 1 Tablespoon of your preferred oil. (Set aside garnish packet)
• Roast for 20-25 minutes*, until lightly browned and tender.
• Sprinkle with crispy garnish and serve.
CAULIFLOWER FLORETS
• Preheat oven to 450°F.
• Toss Cauliflower florets with contents of seasoning packet and 1 Tablespoon of your preferred oil. (Set aside garnish packet)
• Roast for 20-25 minutes*, until golden and tender.

• Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 4–5 minutes.
• Let stand for 1 minute.
• Uncover, sprinkle with crispy garnish, and serve.

BRUSSELS SPROUTS
• Add 2 Tablespoons of your preferred oil to sauce pan and preheat at medium heat.
• Add Brussels sprouts to pan, cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly until they are tender and golden. (Set aside seasoning and garnish packets)
• Add in seasoning packet and stir until evenly coated.
• Sprinkle with crispy garnish and serve.
BROCCOLI FLORETS
• Add 3 Tablespoons of your preferred oil to sauce pan and preheat at medium heat.
• Add Broccoli florets to pan, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly. (Set aside seasoning and garnish packets)
• Halfway through, add 1-2 Tablespoons of water to help them steam
and soften.
• Once lightly browned and tender, remove from heat, add in the seasoning packet contents and stir until evenly coated.
• Sprinkle with crispy garnish and serve.
CAULIFLOWER FLORETS
• Add 2 Tablespoons of your preferred oil to sauce pan and preheat at medium heat.
• Pour the Cauliflower florets into pan, cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring regularly until lightly browned and tender. (Set aside seasoning and garnish packets)
• Add in seasoning packet and stir until evenly coated.
• Sprinkle with crispy garnish and serve.
