Artichoke Guacamole

It’s time for the ultimate appetizer for any occasion! This artichoke guacamole has a 3 way green factor with artichoke hearts, avocado and salsa verde. 3 greens and 3 amazing flavors that come together perfectly. I love how this recipe really utilized the whole artichoke. The hearts bring tons of great flavor to the dip and you can also use the leaves to scoop it up too!

As summer comes to a close and football season begins this time of year is officially appetizer and dip season! To me, football season is all about the food and fun new twists on classics are always the best crowd pleasers. I can’t wait to bring this artichoke guacamole to the next game! So grab some artichokes and join me!
